Description
30 volume developer for freehand application
Created for accurate lightening techniques, it is formulated with hydrogen peroxide and flexible acrylic polymers, it also has less swelling for flawless application. This 9% option offers extra lift.
Combine with Blondor Freelights lightening powder
The bleach mixes into a flexible consistency for easy spreading but is an adhesive mass that can be placed precisely where stylists need it.
